Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mycelium Clothing! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@myceliumclothing.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@myceliumclothing.ca. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to exchange your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@myceliumclothing.ca so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item to assist with the resolution process.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
